The institute is the largest and only private institute of its kind teaching the ancient art of Shaolin Chan,
Kung Fu, Tai Gong for Mind-Body Healing, Chan Nutrition, Wellness & Natural
Healing, Sanshou/Sanda and Chinese Cultural Studies.
We have programs in Kung fu, Tai chi, or Sanshou kickboxing.
Our classes offer a fun way to workout and get fit, helping you to become
stronger, tone your muscles, and increase your cardiovascular endurance.
We also incorporate basic self defense training and situational awareness
to help you to be able to defend yourself should you have to.
We also help to improve your self-confidence, focus, and discipline through our
traditional training methods. Striving to push yourself to learn a new movement
or set goals in your training can assist you with setting and achieving goals in
your day to day life.
We have videos and photo galleries featuring members of our schools and ambassador programs performing
at various events including demonstrations, banquets, celebrations, and cultural festivals.
