8-Day Intensive Studies With A Shaolin Grandmaster

This workshop will be both retreat and boot camp as you will learn Shaolin skills and techniques for mental, physical and spiritual growth. All training and studies will be conducted by Shaolin Grandmaster Shi Deru (Master Shawn Liu), 31st Generation Shaolin Master from the Shaolin Temple, China. All attending will be awarded with certificates of participation and Shaolin Instructors certification credits will also be available after completion of the tests.

The rigorous and powerful 8 day program will be tailored according to levels and challenging for those of all levels of ability and for those of all ages. One major focus will be on the ancient and revered Kungfu forms developed by the legendary Shaolin monks and masters. We will discuss Shaolin Chan Philosophy of spiritual freedom, self-awareness and true humanity. There will also be an exciting introduction to some fundamental self-defense skills: Shaolin Qinna (grappling), weapons forms, body and mind toughening.
